Inovis Energy Welcomes Jenna Robertson to the Team

Welcome-Jenna-Robertson

An Interview with our Office Administrator, Jenna Robertson

Jenna Robertson is our first full-time female employee. From the top down Inovis energy is concerned with making sure we are a diverse company. Two of the three new hires this month were female and we are actively looking to add to our team.

Jenna recently graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor of Science for Finance with a minor in Management. Her first position after school was at an accounting firm in Quincy, Massachusetts. Her experience there and previous experience managing people made her a perfect fit for our company.

What was the key factor in deciding to come to Inovis Energy?

I’ve known Gabriel’s family for about 8 years and I know they are good people. When I heard they were looking to fill an office position, I jumped at it. I knew that there was little room for growth at the company in Quincy, even though I learned a lot there. I knew working for Inovis would be an even better learning experience not to mention they are growing as a company. I want to be a part of that growth.

What do you know about energy efficiency?

I know it is important. In college, you spend a lot of time thinking about the kinds of jobs you can do while making a difference in the world. I know that reducing energy use is a big part of lowering emissions in general.  EV charging station installations are another way Inovis is fighting climate change.  It’s nice to know that I am a part of the ecosystem that is working to combat climate change.

What do you do for fun?

I am a relatively simple person. My faith is a big part of who I am. I like to participate in bible study on Thursdays. I have a lot of friends with kids, and we take them to do fun stuff regularly. It is another reason I chose Inovis Energy, I know that faith is important to one of the founders. I also love my cats.

What are you looking forward to the most working at Inovis Energy?

I know that they take care of the employees. We have snacks in the office and the team is very social. They sponsor office social events each month which is a nice environment to be a part of. I spend most of the day creating paperwork but each day is different. I like staying busy and working on different projects. Not to mention the importance of managing payroll. I take that part of the job very seriously because getting paid is important for everyone.

Inovis Energy is happy to have Jenna Robertson and her talent join the team. We are expanding the company one personality at a time.
